The conference gathers a large part of the public and private research community dedicated to sunflower improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Dragana Miladinovi\u0107 (IFVCNS, Serbia) presented HelEx activities with a strong focus on regeneration, transformation and genetic tools for sunflower, topics at the core of the project&rsquo;s Work Package on biotechnology. The talk also referenced the recent HelEx publication on sunflower regeneration recently released in <em>IJMS<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Presenting at the European Sunflower Biotechnology Conference gives HelEx direct visibility in the community that will ultimately use and extend its biotechnological outputs.
