This kind of event connects scientists directly with beekeepers, advisors and regional authorities working on the sustainability of beekeeping in a specific agro-ecological context.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Stan Chabert (INRAE) presented HelEx work on sunflower nectar secretion and its implications for bumble bees and honey bees. The talk provided practical information on how nectar availability varies across sunflower varieties and environments, and what this means for beekeepers who rely on sunflower honey flows.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>For HelEx, reaching regional authorities and professional beekeeping organisations is a key part of dissemination.
